This research is a logical follow-up to my previous Root I and II projects. The roots appear static and slowly move imperceptibly. It is therefore a description of a slow mutation, an endless process, silent, teeming, growing ... but I try to introduce a movement more energetic, fast, chaotic and powerful thanks to the wind. Make the trees dance. Fold them, unfold them. The slowness traveled by speed. A noisy breath that makes the leaves of the mute tree vibrate. From the curves and distortions shaped by the winds during the growth of the trees to the trembling of branches and the shiver of tree leaves, from a slow and continuous movement to a fast and ephemeral one. And a return to slowness because the power of the winds that traverse them, change shape, guide the growth of trees in space and leave their imprints forever.
From the branch or the root alone, purified on a white ground, this work evolves more and more towards a vegetal clutter/chaos, an interlacing of trunks, a forest or a jungle in which to sink.
