For one night each year, the AIGA Kansas City Awards Show gives our local design community the chance to raise our collective gaze and appreciate the most enlightened work we have. It is a fleeting opportunity, but many of us carry the inspiration and pride we gain from this night for years to come in a keepsake publication. The creative work for this year's show uses the unique process of full-color printing over two separately registered plates of holographic and metallic foil to reflect the ephemeral nature of the event and the heavenly feeling that comes with victory.
