Klare Strukturen komplizierter Verflechtungen, interne und externe Kommunikation, Innovation, Erfahrung und eine wohl portionierte Mischung aus Wagnis und Bedacht sind nötig. Diese Strategien sind längst nicht mehr nur der Marktwirtschaft vorbehalten. Eine langjährig erfolgreiche Branche hat sich längst der Vorgehensweisen von Global Playern wie McDonald’s und Walmart bedient: der Drogenhandel. Die Assoziationen mit Drogenkartellen beschränken sich meist auf ein höchst kriminelles und chaotisches System – doch gerade in diesem Geschäftsfeld sind beeindruckende Strukturen wiederzufinden, die denen der Megakonzerne gleichen. Diese Verbindungen werden im Geschäftsbericht der El Mundo AG auf zwei Informationsebenen aufgezeigt.
Behind every successful business is an immense organizational effort. Clear structures of complex interconnections, internal and external communication, innovation, experience and a well-proportioned mixture of risk and thought are necessary. These strategies are no longer reserved for the market economy. Another successful industry has long since took over the procedures of global players such as McDonald's and Walmart: the drug trafficking. The associations with drug cartels are usually confined to a highly criminal and chaotic system, but in this business field impressive structures can be found that resemble those of the big companies. These links are disclosed in the annual report of El Mundo AG on two levels of information.
