After a year of initial grant-making, the Cohen Foundation wanted to make a targeted effort to identify new funding opportunities to bring an end to Lyme Disease. Bridgespan engaged them as a client, and we created the systems map below to help the Foundation see all the players in the Lyme Disease space, how they connect to each other and the patient, and where they could target their funding for the most impact.
