“Mystic food” is a collection of three images where we represent three different concepts treated by the mystics Saint Juan de la Cruz, Saint Teresa de Jesús and fray Luís de León.
Glory, purity and superficiality are the three concepts from ascetic and mystic poetry of the 16th century that we chose to create these images. We took an icon and we surrounded it by food to give them a more surrealistic feel.
