Baklavi is a local bakery that offers a modern take on traditional Turkish baklavas. We wanted to create a logo and brand that appealed to young adults as the business hoped to introduce the traditional pasties to a modern audience. We created a logo with a mascot, wearing traditional Turkish attire, but in a more abstract style. The brand is inspired by the shape of the baklavas and uses bold colors to attract the target audience.
