My bachelor project was created based on the theory of „Exemplary Complex Types of Development” created by prof. dr hab. inż. arch. Jan Pallado. He assumed that creating complex and mixed types of buildings by using his basic types will contribute to creating exemplary solutions for development. Creating projects based on his predefined models is contributing to confirming and developing his theory. This projects will lead to creating optimal parameters of development, and finding possibilities and limits of creating model based buildings. 

It’s the conceptual project of housing complex with commercial units  in Wodzisław Śląski. The concept of the project was creating an apartment complex using Cargo Container Architecture. Even though container is not the cheapest material it is important to adapt spare/used containers. This construction allows to freely „sculpt” the housing area and is giving the endless possibilities for creating housing modules. Therefore my work is only the proposition of living spaces. 

The concept is that every person could create it’s own living space. By replacing corridors with the outside platforms i have created construction that provides common areas on every floor. These spaces are filled by plants and small architecture which attracts people to be part of this common areas and interact with community of habitat.
