panta rhei - everything flows
This ancient Greek formula symbolizes what rhythm is.
The constant interplay between standstill and
movement, in which nothing remains but eternal becoming
and changing. My project represents an experimental
examination of the medium ink and its volatile behaviour
in water. Sounds and noises from my immediate
surroundings were used to create a very personal rhythm
and let it coincide with the recorded movement.
