Wicked Campers is a camping company that specialize in the hiring and selling of camping equipment.
The Logo is to represent traveling (compass), outdoors, adventure and excitement.

For all my logo and icon designs I begin by drawing out ideas. These are usually small with little detail however, they have significant importance as it helps me to get my thoughts onto paper and instead of going straight into illustrator I save a lot more time by only taking my best ideas and vectoring them.
For Wicked Campers, I began by drawing out icons that I felt related to travelling and adventure. Once I had chosen the compass I began drawing logo’s that only contained a compass with Wicked Camper.

While designing Wicked Campers logo, I began also designing small icons that would be associated with the brand. Camping gear such as tents, sleeping bags, sunglasses, fire and camping van.
The colours I chose were referenced from the outdoors like tree’s, forestry and parks (Green and brown). The dark blue is from the evening sky.
