Over the summer, I designed a logo for my friend's father's local farm, named after one of their first chickens, Chickpea. I had free reign, and sketched both detailed and simple ideas. However, after finishing this idea and showing it to the client, we decided to stick with this direction, and nix a more detailed approach. The client was delighted with this fun and simple illustration of Chickpea and a band of chicks following her.  This logo has been used on banners, hats and t-shirts to advertise for the farm.
