The mobile screens follow the desktop screens here for the sake of presentation, however the actual design process at Islington Council was a mobile first one.

The slide below represent how council workers for e.g. the customer contact centre is presented the customer data and the level of its depth. 

The slide suggests how the council could draw statistical trends based on the data at hand. Data accuracy would be a key factor in implementing a practice like this, hence this idea was pitched in context of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution the council was contemplating at the time.
