Project: Create an eLearning application to aid in sales staff to better understand the product.

Experience Design: The application tracks and manages a user’s course progress, assigning points and certificates on completion of course modules and incentives customers via a redemption strategy. Customers can use their awarded points to redeem client products or retail store gift cards.

Digital Product: The software application, developed in conjunction with concepts, utilizes responsive design practices to create a dynamic canvas so the eLearning application can work seamlessly across smart phones, tablets and desktop.
