For Novartis' kidney transplant antirejection medicine myfortic, Adrenaline Works/Ryan TrueHealth created a relationship marketing and retention program called myKidney Connection that included a branded website full of resources, local events, and a quarterly newsletter by mail. In addition to researching and writing all copy for the site, promotional materials and quarterly newsletters, I supervised all creative changes and annotated the final manuscripts for regulatory committee submission. I worked closely with in-house and freelance designers to ensure that these changes were consistent across all the materials we were producing simultaneously, from brochures to direct mail pieces to on- and offline sign-up forms.
