A.M. Cassandre (Adolphe Jean-Marie Mouron) was a French painter, commercial poster artist, and typeface designer, this typeface is a tribute to some of his commercial work along with the Art Deco period. It is designed in two widths to create interesting rhythm that would have been common in hand drawn typography during Cassandre's time. This is a free typeface with an open font license so you can use it as you want, (this means that you can use it for commercial work without worry) I'm thinking of creating a more variety of weights in the future. Attached with the font is a license agreement. DOWNLOAD TODAY FOR FREE! Read Less

Designing type is a skill that requires a lot of time and effort, and is often not appreciated by creatives. If you enjoy my work and like this typeface, I would appreciate a donation! I would like to eventually attend Type@Cooper West, or perhaps another reputable typeface design program. The tuition and traveling fees would be very high so I’m trying to save up to achieve my goal of becoming a successful type professional.
