Yearbook likes and dislikes. i found that i didn't like the old school way of doing things like drawing a pace and then scanning it or the year and i liked the way its done now on the computer. i like the originality that comes with having computers to help with creating a unique experience.
1.Yearbook Poster.
This is my poster project for the yearbook. I tried to have a triangle theme and use the school colours as much as possible. i used tools like the triangle tool and the text tool.
2.Grad Poster.
I used the same theme and tools for my grad poster as my yearbook poster.
3.Yearbook.
Back- this is the back of my year book. i tried to have a vintage look to it and i used the older books as reference. i used a few stock images for the more detailed things like the crest and shield.
3.front- this is the front of my yearbook. i used the older books as reference and i looked up what 2018 in greek was which is what the "kan" is. alot of the shapes used were made by the shape tools and the spartan head was traced over with the pen tool.
4.Colour Palette.
This is my colour palette project. i wanted a picture with a big variety of colour. the only tools i used were the shape tool and the eye dropper tool.

This is the original photo i used for the retouching.
6.this is my photo retouching project. i found this image and chose it. i used all the tools in the instructions and followed them till i was done. i learned a lot from this project because i have never used photoshop before and found it difficult until i got it right.
7.Photo Desaturation Activity.
I found this activity very easy. all i did was take a colourful photo, put a black and white filter on it then erase the parts of the filter that i want to stand out.
8.Grad announcement.
In this project i wanted to use elements of comic books in order to show that im graduating but also that i like stuff like this. I had to make the background in illustrator using some filters and the gradient tool. then i just needed to make a layout of boxs and place the photos and text where i thought looked nice and worked together.
9.Cinemagraph.
This is the first part of the cinemagraph. i found it fairly hard at first but after getting over the large learning curve im able to make one fairly quick. i found trouble with making the looping look smooth to be particularly difficult.
10.Holliday Card.
This is my christmas card. i wanted the card to represent me so i decided to use stuff for video games i like.
11.Photo Restoration.
Original photo i used for the repairing a damaged photo activity.
11.this is the photo after i have repaired it to the best of my abilities. i found the area around the tie and collar to be the hardest part but using the spot healing brush proved to make everything easier.
11. After i repaired the photo i decided to try to add colour to the photo. i tired my best and this was the best i could done.
