16 Shapes of Shadow at V&A
The below diagram shows one of the main observations in The John Madejski Garden at V&A. The diagram presents sixteen different patterns by the building shadow. Each shadow shows how each pattern is produced by different weather conditions.
Select two physical locations and work to explore, document and communicate their attributes, similarities and differences in a series of different ways.The locations can be indoors, outdoors or both. You will need to have direct access to them and you will probably need to do so repeatedly in order to be able to undertake the project, as you will need to build a solid understanding of the places/spaces and the potential themes that could be explored there.
