Sadly, this project never made it into production. Community involvement (especially for the benefit of those less-privileged) is something I really value, and it would have been an amazing project to be a part of. The fact that Bongani Khumalo plays for my favourite football team, Tottenham Hotspur, didn't hurt either. Still - a great pitch and a lot of fun, especially as I got to flex my muscles as a copywriter.
