While the wall surfaces are used as a display to present products to the customers, the central section is dedicated to a direct encounter between the customer and the brand through a skin analysis service, product testing, and the design of personalized cosmetic products.
Interactive monitors make it possible for customers to prepare combinations of medicinal herbs in consultation with sales assistants and the computer sends the final personal recipe to a robot which then turns it into a finished product on the spot. The interior design of the AlpStories concept shop communicates the fusion of nature and high technology while its spatial organization accentuates the personalized approach the store has with each individual customer.
