I created the brand Headstrong with a goal of destroying the stigma around mental health in collegiate student athletes. Headstrong reaches out to student athletes and coaches emphasizing that mental health is just as important as physical health and provides resources for athletes and coaches to recognize a weakness, reach out to someone who can help them, and recover their mind. By targeting athletes' passion for competition and drive to be better, Headstrong helps student athletes struggling with mental health by integrating mental conditioning into their athletic training routine, so they can get back to loving their sport.
