Concept
When Google first introduced Material Design in 2014, I loved it. I adored how much attention to detail was given in each and every element of design. Visualising and conceptualising the physics of a digital interface made absolute sense to me.
I decided to work on it further but revamping many of the icons on Android but without digressing too much from the original idea.
In my icon set, I paid extreme attention to the texture and lighting aspects of the icon in order to make it look as close to reality as possible, whilst still adhering to its digital physics (I know, weird word).
My objective is to reimagine the 'stock' look without making it too different.
