We designed a new branch concept for Croatia osiguranje d.d., an insurance company, as a part of their rebranding. The branch is divided into two spatial zones. The Quick Zone is a transactional space, where clients can quickly get their insurance or resolve issues. The Slow Zone is designed to feel like a living room, where clients can relax and discuss their insurance options with the insurance agents. All furniture is custom made, solely by Croatian manufacturers. In order to unify communication within the space, we created modular walls that can be easily adapted to any room, on which promotional materials can be quickly replaced. The branches are standardized yet flexible, leaving enough space to adjust to any local demands.
