피자는 이탈리아에서 유래한 것으로 알려져 있지만 지금은 전세계 어디서나 사랑받는 음식으로 발전했다. 기본 형태는 동일하지만 나라마다 지역마다 재료에 따라 엄청난 다양성을 띠고 있다. 우리나라에서도 대형 프랜차이즈 피자를 비롯해 다채로운 수제 피자들이 팔리고 있다. 피자에 관련된 기본 사항을 한눈에 볼 수 있게 인포그래픽에 담았다.
