Objective: The City of New York is producing a limited budget print brochure of a BEST IN NYC marketing guide, focusing on Fall/ Winter for the first run of production.
Project Overview of Topic: The Hidden Treasures of NY Brochure will reveal various locations of NY that are often overlooked, but very intriguing.
Style/Theme: Very retro and digital based style to subsitute for digital media to a handheld printed piece that can work without digital power.
Tone: Msyterious yet informative, Casual, Fun.
Production and Design Costs: Full-Color Front; Full-Color Back, 60lb. Bond, Half, then Quarter Fold, , 11.5”x28.5”, (4”x4” diamonds) with triangular die cuts on sides and an additional 4”x4” diamond piece folded into the middle.
Price Quote: $3,500

Target Market: Milennial Audience, typically 18-25. Young innovators who are looking to do something adventerous. They seek moments to get a mental escape from having their heads buried into their phones, leading them to discover ‘secrets’.
Design Keywords: Relevant, Playful, Enigmatic.
Scope: 10,000 press runs in the form of a marketing brochure. This will be a back and front fold-out one page brochure. The front will have location informtaion, a brief description of the location and the address. The back will be a map with marked locations that is color coordinated with the front panels.
