Jala Jatre was a fundraising campaign that was held in Bangalore with the aim of reviving the community lakes across the city. The brief was to create a logo for the same.
Concept 1
A typographic logo that has an element of the water flow in it. The typeface was designed to mirror the movement of the water, the movement which reminds us that water does have life in it.
Concept 2
In correlation with the previous concept, this logo is encompassed within a rough edged circle that resembles the shape of the earth, a space where water exists just like us, and we exist just like water. A simple sans serif typeface to balance out the complexity.
Concept 3 (finalised)
A simple flat design logo focusing the very purpose of this campaign, which is to come together to save every drop we can.
