As a design partner to CEB’s product marketing team, the direct impact of design on business return was evident in a high-end, custom direct mailer with a philanthropic message targeting prospective members to join CEB’s advisory network. The resulting success of the design impact led to 47 scheduled prospective member visits, two member contracts and $508K opportunity in the pipeline for CEB’s marketing team.
