Hi all! Here is a fun project I had the privilege of taking a part in for a class in College. I created, as the title states, a geometric portrait! All you need to make one for yourself, is access to Adobe Illustrator, a photo of your lovely face, and a basic understanding of geometric shapes! Below shows my process. Check it out!

Making geometric shapes with the pen tool is very time consuming, yet very rewarding. When staring out, a piece of advise I'd give, start out with tracing (or making shapes around) the highlights and the lowlights. This will keep the shadows in place. This is also what I did.

All in all, this was a super fun project! I never knew how easy this was. I've always seen other artist's work and thought it would be pretty hard. Turns out, all you need is time. I hope you enjoyed this.
