This is the first book of the AARAA series which concentrates on showing how Hand Embroidery, Fevicryl Fabric glue and Liquid Embroidery can be combined to enhance the look of the garments/ products. The book also consists of three design stories to inspire the Zardozi karigars.

This collection is inspired by the enigmatic architectural facades of the Middle East. The rhythmic patterns taken from the ceramic work add to the awe inspiring mood of the collection. Last but not the least, the spirit of festivity in the cultural aesthetics play a significant role in the inspiration of the mood.
Spring in my Courtyard

This collection was made considering the fusion of the local folk art with zardozi motifs and
elaborate designs that are favoured in Gujarat. Keeping this in mind, inspiration was taken from the courtyards of the Mughal sultanate which has been depicted using the kalamkari style of designs.
