In May 2016 I spent a week working with the BrandPie team at the New York office. Although I had already been to NY, it impressed me like the first time and I used every possible chance to explore its many areas and corners.

More than a year later I decided to produce this piece using a selection of the photographic material I had shot with my phone during that week. The final result is a recording of the details that interested me the most, showcased in no particular order. While the graphic style is driven by the characteristic presence and use of Helvetica in the City's visual landscape, both format and layout were designed to emphasise a sense of scale, verticality and point of view.
