Redesigning a personal assistant app for sales executives in banking/insurance companies, to assist them in managing and performing tasks proactively & efficiently
A high-level architecture of key screens was mapped to reorganise the information hierarchy & navigation to improve wayfinding, as one the critical pain points was ease of access.
Interactive wireframes were designed with in Axure RP to validate the concepts with internal stakeholders & end-users. Then initial approach was tabbed navigation for enhanced visibility, but was later refined to the hamburger menu due to scalability requirements.
High-fidelity android mockups were designed in Sketch app after arriving at consensus with internal stakeholders & collating feedback from end-users. The intended design language was minimal, modern, & monochromatic (client customisable).
A sample micro-experience created in Flinto, to increase user engagement & motivation
This was a 6 month design contract to overhaul the existing app functionally & visually. The proposed experience was well received by the end-users & their managers.
