BRIEF: BRAND'S is launching a new product, InnerShine Berry Essence, which is made with seven premium berries specially selected from Europe and America. It is also fortified with multiple vitamins and filled with many benefits for it's consumers. Although the product is easy to be consumed, the consumers of BRAND'S products are often unable to understand clearly the benefits of the product or the ingredients which exist in the product itself. Due to the wide range of targeted audience for the new product, a simple to understand and straightforward message should be considered in achieving success in the product's promotion and branding campaign.
SOLUTION: Illustration and characterisation was the preferred method in achieving easy to understand and straightforwardness in explanation of BRAND'S InnerShine Berry Essence's ingredients and benefits, after rounds of research and survey results. 3D Renders of the seven premium berries were created, to create more fun and excitement in the product. Two eye ball mascots, named Dewy and Starry were introduced, to create interactiveness and at the same time using this mascots in educating the consumers on its benefits. With 3D renders of the berries and mascots, consumers would understand how the berries in BRAND'S InnerShine Berry Essence, would benefit the eyes, which are represented by the mascots, in a straightforward and relatable manner.
