    Three course meal in its simplest form for Criolla, a tableware brand that brings to contemporary life pewter with bright colors and patterns.

Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
Pinch of crushed pepper flakes
Pink salt
1 cup red pear cherry tomatoes
Thyme springs
¼ cup finely grated Parmesan or Pecorino
High Plateau Salad 
Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach
¼  purple onion
½ cup mushrooms 
1 tsp dijon mustard
⅓ purple bumblebee tomatoes
¼  paipa cheese
Agraz, Strawberry & Basil Jam
Ingredients
⅓ cup agaz
½ cup strawberries
1½ lemons
½ cup muscavado sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ basil leaves​​​​​​​
Criolla is a tableware brand known for reinventing pewter by mixing this traditional material with contemporary colors and textures to create dishes, pots, cutlery and all the cooking tools you need in a kitchen.

The main idea behind this visual representation was to show different moments of use of the brand in the kitchen and outside it. We decided to develop a three course meal photography that starts with a salad followed by a pasta dish ending with a dessert. Each photography shows a duality between the final dish and the ingredients used to cook it.

The recipes shown in every shot were developed specially for the brand, real quantities are used in the pictures.
