Illustrated Book
The Moomins
Remaking the Moomins by Tove Jansson. The illustrations are based on scenes from the book "The Magician's Hat" ("Fin Family Moommintroll"). I Tried to come up with different approach to it all. It was a great challenge of course, since the original illustrations, by Jansson herself, are such a strong part of the story. The main influence for the characters design ware African tribal masks.
