We were asked to design a logo for a given phrase. My phrase was
'The dwarf had a large collection of tools, toys and tropical fish'
We had to draft 6 symbols to represnt various sections of the phrase. The following 6 are the hand drawn drafts that have been vecorised in illustrator.

The first symbol to represent the dwarf.

According to legend mythical dwarves cannot be seen above ground in daylight hours. They spend this time as toads.

This symbol represented the tools element of the phrase
