The task of the project was to compile an information architecture, design and develop an adaptive web-based booking system for domestic appliances repair service. We have developed a solution that works equally well on both mobile devices and desktops with a high screen resolution. The whole platform is organized on a single web page, which turns the platform into a user-friendly application. The key booking process is so convenient that it does not have transitions between steps and allows to place a booking quickly and efficiently.
