How well are you managing money?
I aimed to design the service for improving money management environment via the bank service. My Stakeholders are Korean University students who haven't had any financial education and have difficulties to manage money because of Wrong consumption behaviours such as impulsive shopping, and lack of financial knowledge.
The service has a role as an educator about financial knowledge. By dividing and managing their own asset via the service, the users can have the proper knowledge and practical skills which are helpful for their future life as well.
Basically, users monthly budget is divided into a daily budget. The user spends money within the budget and if there are left, the left will be transferred to a saving account automatically. The users can categorise the account by needs and allocate specific money by goals. Plus, they can set the goals with making the wish list. And the goal will be connected to one of saving accounts with a suggested saving plan. Also, they get points by achieving daily missions every day and with the points, they can buy vouchers which are offered by partnership stores. Their consumption behaviours are summarized in the report. It helps them understand their spending and saving details.
01. Report
Via the report, the users can know how they've spent money and what the problems are with experts' comments before using the service. After using the service, they're able to know how they are improved and how their money is going on as well. This paper will help to understand their economic behaviour.
02. Mobile Application
They can check their daily budget, missions, points, vouchers which they can buy, and so forth. Overall functions of the service will be provided via the app.
