Purpose -
Since childhood, it has been ingrained in us that blue refers to masculinity and pink to feminity. However, the ones who are neither blue nor pink are outcast. The name 'Purple Sky' is to show the vastness of the LGBTQ community that exists but is mostly looked down upon. The photographs in the book are of those who belong to the LGBTQ community.
The book shows that even if a man says he is gay, it doesn't mean that he has lost his masculinity. A person, be it a male or a female, is as blue as he is pink.
The purpose of the book is to get past the stereotypical mentality and explore the vast purple sky.
