The Project is an answer to a worldwide-growing problem, also in Poland: not enough knowledge about cooking, and regional foods. It leads to an unhealthy diet and rejection of cooking. 

“od korzenia” is a mobile container, which can function in many urban areas, thanks to its light and mobile construction and complete autarchy. It offers daily cooking workshops with cooks from local restaurants, and a farmer’s market with local products, which are sold by farmers themselves. The assortment and staff change weekly. The workshops not only inform about products and cooking techniques, but also integrate three groups: Consumers, Cooks and Farmers in the

same region.
