The concept is a shoe that can be sold in 3 pieces: Upper, Inner sole and Sole. The preformed upper is attached to the sole with a zipper.
Selling a shoe in pieces optimizes the production process and makes it more affordable for the patients. Besides changing the awkward images of current diabetic shoes.
