Central Taiwan Agricultural Cooperative was established in 2016 by a group of professional agricultural experts who are passionate about the land and nature. Their main goal is to provide high-quality domestic cereal grains as professional raw materials, and they collaborate with 300+ local small-scale farmers using technology-based cultivation and sustainable farming methods to produce Taiwan-made cereal grains. The focus crops include wheat, soybeans, buckwheat, and Job's tears. They aim to convey the vision of coexistence and mutual benefit between humans and nature through high-quality and traceable domestic crops.
