Karina and Maks Medvedev are wedding and lifestyle photographers. They were in search of a brand and logo to represent their passion and love of love, romance and people. The Medvedevs wanted a soft and approachable mark that had hand done elements.
We created a flexible system of a hand rendered classic type, and a series of floral wreaths. The foliage speaks to the dramatic outdoor settings that often dawn the background of the Medvedev's photographs, and the type is soft and romantic.
Karina and Maks also wanted to play off their last name, which translates to bear in Russian, so we developed a secondary mark which pictures them as friendly bears.
