During a three-month period, I worked closely with the CEO of OptionsXpress to iteratively innovate first generation experience for the OX trading platform. Delivered a comprehensive User Experience Design strategy that addressed immediate customer needs and provided a detailed experience roadmap and roll outs. Couple of years later OptionsXpress went public, it has consistently won top awards in its sector.
