Mixed Cocktail Lounge will fuse together the industrial style of the historic Third Ward in Milwaukee, WI with more of a modern luxe style. Mixed is filled with copper and warm tones to make the patrons feel welcome and as if they are at home within the bar. There are multiple seating choices. From private booths to larger party tables Mixed is set to accommodate any group that enters the establishment. Patrons will be able to come in to Mixed and tell the server specifically what flavors they would like in their handcrafted cocktail instead of a choosing from a traditional cocktail menu.  From there, the mixologist will create a personalized cocktail for the patron to take pleasure in. 

Sustainability:

The bar is easily accessible to public transportation, as well as several different parking options.

The space will be used long- term, as a commercial bar and a tenant loft upstiars. 

The bar is located in a refurbished, industrial building in the Historic Third Ward, Milwaukee, WI. 

The space also reuses some of the original materials that were found in the bar. 

The elevation showcases art by a local Milwaukee photographer, Jacquelyn Nytes. She likes to capture memories that people can look back on with a smile. That is the kind of moment and memories that will be captured within Mixed Cocktail Lounge.

The Loft located on top of the bar is for the bar owner. The loft is a soft, feminine, and airy space complimented with tons of natural light. The 
vaulted ceilings in the great room open the space and make it feel very large, while having lowered ceilings over the bedrooms to make the sleeping areas feel warmer. It is the perfect oasis for the owner to get away and relax after a long evening.
