Few institutions in Miami have gained the reputation for value and quality like VERSAILLES – the most
famous Cuban Restaurant, Bakery and Cafe in town. VERSAILLES approached JASTOR to do a rebrand
of it's bakery. We took the assignment as a challenge to generate a new era for the bakery in an expandable format to other outlets outside the Calle Ocho location. JASTOR designed a new look resembling the fusion
of Cuban Deco Architecture and the traditional fresh french patisseries, as well as implementations in packaging, signage, menus and environmental design.
