Logo Design: The client was very particular and knew in his mind exactly what he wanted as a brand identity the only problem was he could not visualise it. The client had bought a brand identity online originally and had been struggling to get work from his original target audience. (original brand identity in picture below)
After close consultation with the client, I managed to convince the client to change the business name from iPaint to Jordan Decorating as iPaint wouldn't come across as being trustworthy enough, especially when the place from which they trade has a low population and also, he would be fairly well-known personally within the community.
The brief from the client required me to design a logo with a colourful paint splash and to also incorporate some aspect of painting and decorating into the visual without making it look tacky. At the same time selling his business as being recognisable, reliable, trustworthy and be attractive to their target audience.
