With starting point the idea of hYgge, the project is an experiential installation in the metamatic: taf exhibition space. The closed space of the gallery is transformed for 30 days. The installation fills the cold space of the gallery, creating a multi-sensory intimacy experience with touch, image and voice working together. The floor is covered with white mattresses, transformed into a single soft surface, the light sweeps and the sound isolates.
The gallery is transformed and invites the visitor to spend time in it, to feel that the place belongs to her or he.
The lighting design aims to create an atmosphere that resembles the morning sunrise, to contribute along with the music to the sensation of relaxation and freedom that the curator wanted the visitors to feel.
