The Half Baked Project is a series of photographs portraying the daily work of bakery workers. As one talks about bakery, no one can stop thinking about the piping hot breads, sweet muffins and delicious pastries that are soul satisfying and relishing. However what goes behind producing them ? The workers producing these delicacies work in environment of high temperature, greasy floors and within the sweltering walls of the bakery. The patterns they create and warmth they produce brings their work to limelight. Their lives are half baked, where the delicacies they produce bring an auro of happiness for celebration to others, while they continue to sweat their lives out to bake the next.
