“Touchy and Dein (触电)” is a collaborated project between XL-Universe (大宇宙釀) and Touchy

Touchy is a living camera that encourages offline communication through touch and eye-contact. Touchy is “blinded” unless someone touches Touchy’s skin to restores Touchy’s vision. When the touch is maintained for 10 seconds, the camera takes a “Touch-Snap”.

The collaboration between Touchy and Dein (electricity) is a rather comical fusion. You will get shock by touching electricity, so no one is welcomed to touch Dein. However, Dein charges Touchy with power and helps Touchy to detect touch. So the isolated Dein can be friend with Touchy. Two for them go around the world to experience the real connection with human.

In this project, Touchy introduced the new character, Dein, who is as well a talented character designer. With such synergy, new costume, characters, performances and goods has been created!
