El proyecto de identidad fue desarrollado en la búsqueda de un isologotipo pregnante, reconocible y recordable que transmita aspectos formales de la arquitectura, el real estate y los desarrollos productivos. El proceso de desarrollo fue trabajado a través de corrientes modernistas vinculando la geometría con formas simples y abstractas.
