During 2016 the CEO had us coordinate efforts to supply our offices with project related artwork with the Master Architects. We obtained full-size wall mounted print-outs of the updated architectural proposal from Foster + Partners / FR-EE) that covered large swaths of blank spaces both at our main office as well as those on site at the new airports construction. Above you'll see a handful of the boards that went up at both facilities. After helping set up they layouts for the boards that went up at our main offices, I went on to providing smaller desk-space versions for employees that were interested in sprucing up a bit.

This improved the overall feel of the offices and helped give the employees both a sense of belonging and purpose as many had somehow managed to go for months and even years without really seeing any of the progress being made on the design, let alone the construction. Some offices were also supplied with in progress photographs of different airport-wide projects.
