Mallawy Commercial Center
El Minya-Egypt - 2017
Mallawy Center is a mixed-use project (commercial & administration) , located in upper Egypt - El Minya on an area of 600
sqm. The upper floors contain office spaces and clinics and the three lower floors contain commercial shops.
The design aims to give the corner facade a new identity. We considered designing a flexible facade to work as a display in an
organized manner. We also made sure that the clinic floors are distinguished from the lower commercial floors, visually and
functionally separated.
